Hi, we’re CARalyne and ScOTT. Together, we are Carrot. We didn’t plan it, but we weren’t going to waste a pun that good.

Between us we’ve racked up 30+ years helping businesses of every size get their tech and digital working properly. Caralyne has been running digital and technical projects since the early 2000’s, back when “the cloud” was just the weather. She’s the one keeping things on track and making sure it all works perfectly on launch day.

Scott got his start selling mobile phones when they were the size of a brick and texting meant pressing 7 four times to get an “s”. He moved through sales and management in telecommunications and into digital marketing, and the whole way he’s been studying one thing: what makes a customer pick up the phone.

We’ve worked with hundreds of businesses along the way. We’ve seen good money thrown at shiny things that did nothing and seen the simple stuff quietly win every time.

We love supporting small businesses and with a few simple systems, we can make a real difference to how a business runs. The Carrot Lab exists to make getting found online easy and accessible for business of all sizes.
