What happens with urgent calls?

Our Agents are able to detect urgency when speaking with your callers based on keywords. We can then trigger an immediate text or a transfer to your mobile.

Do I keep my existing phone number?

Calls can be transfer from your existing number or we can set up a new one for your agent.

I have a booking system, can the Agent book appointments for me?

With some configuration and input from you, our Agent can book appointments in generic calendars such as Google and Outlook. We can look at other booking systems on a case by case basis.
